Our client wanted to surprise her great grandaunt on her birthday. She got the Happy Pixies team to dress-up this entertainment room in their sprawling compound at Concepcion Grande, Naga City for the party. We filled the venue with pastel-colored balloons and birthday foil balloons. They significantly brighten up the once dull-looking room & had it ready for all the fun that followed.
